Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Data Entry Clerk to join their Merchandise team. This role plays a key part in managing the process from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely entry of purchase orders, while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. The Role

- Own the CIR process by managing daily transmissions and prepping accurate order details

- Maintain and update PO trackers while organizing and filing purchase orders and distributions

- Review orders for accuracy including ship dates, vendor info, and pack data to ensure compliance

- Communicate with global buying offices, internal teams, and vendors to resolve order-related issues

- Follow up on delays, escalate system issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks

- Assist with setting up new vendors in internal systems

- Support the team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed

The Person

- High School Diploma or equivalent required

- 6+ months of experience in a data entry, business office, or clerical support role

- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

- Effective written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Solid Excel skills

- Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment is a plus
