Privigen Bulk Technician

We are hiring for **Bulk Production Technician**for our Privigen department at the CSL Behring facility at Broadmeadows. In this role, you will play an integral part in manufacturing product that is helping people with life-threatening illnesses live a full life.

You will perform a variety of tasks and critical to your success will be your proactive attitude, flexibility and team support to meet the production requirements.

**This position will be Fixed-Term until 20 November 2025.**It will be a 10-hour rotating shift between morning and afternoon, this also includes weekend work.**There could be occasional overtime work so flexibility is required across the team.**

**Note: This role involves manual handling,**lifting up to 10kg**,**prolonged standing and**repeatable work**.**

**The Role**
- Ensure all production activities are performed in line with manufacturing procedures and as directed by the Bulk Supervisor or Team Leader
- Perform production activities so the weekly Bulk manufacturing schedule of activities is met in a cost efficient and consistent manner
- Maintaining clean room state of the facility
- Manual handling and testing of product
- Assist with developing and implementing corrective actions where needed to improve the team’s performance measurements (KPI’s)
- Participate in continuous improvement activities with the goal of improving product quality, compliance, and cost efficiency

**Your skills and experience**
- Experience in Pharmaceutical, Food or similar GMP environment would be beneficial
- Manufacturing and Quality process and systems experience would be highly regarded
- Mechanical or technical aptitude is beneficial
- An understanding of processes, production operations in achieving targets
- Able to follow processes with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment with good problem-solving ability and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication, including standard computer proficiency
