Principal Policy Officer

THE ROLE
The Principal Policy Officer - budget and contracts will provide strong leadership and expert budget and contract management advice with a strong focus on budget management across key contracted services across a range of programs including for the From Homelessness to a Home (H2H) and Homes for Families (H4F) programs in Homes Victoria.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Have an understanding of cost considerations, contingences and risks associated projects and programs.
- Have the ability to translate the costs associated with projects and programs into meaningful and authoritative reports.
- Be able to develop tailored cost monitoring and projection frameworks (spreadsheets) with adaptability to forecast budgets and track project specific expenditure/actuals against the budgets.
