Currently found in 13 Countries FAB Dock is expanding its worldwide presence and is now looking for new employees to join the team.

**About the Role**

As a product installer and service technician you will be responsible for liaising with customers on a daily basis to attend to the installation of their new FAB Dock purchase. In addition you will provide ongoing product service to customers as and when required. Therefore you will pride yourself on being a great communicator, problem solver and willing to go that extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Being in the marine industry we deal with the fun side of life. Our customers boats are their pride and joy and our job is to enhance their boating experience. You will have the opportunity to provide a service that ensures that boating is fun, the boat is clean and dry and the FAB Dock is in great condition everytime they use it.

Life is busy at FAB Dock and our team need to have a high level of physical fitness and love working outdoors. You will be a problem solver and be technically minded around electronics, particularly 12 volt and mechanical components. You will be the sort of person who doesn't shy away from hard work and won't mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty. Time management and reporting skills are critically important to meeting the needs of our customers.

**Salary**: $52,055.22 - $106,046.08 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
