**Weekend Floor Staff / Waiters - The Flower Shop Penrith**

**Location**: Penrith, NSW

**Job Type**: Casual
**Shifts**: Fridays & Saturdays (Afternoons/Evenings)

**About Us**:
At _The Flower Shop Penrith_, we combine the charm of a boutique florist café with lively weekend events and quality service. We're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our floor team and deliver outstanding hospitality.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers with a warm, friendly attitude
- Take food and drink orders and deliver them efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of tables and floor area
- Support event service and venue coordination as needed
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming vibe

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Professional presentation and reliability
- Able to work Friday and Saturday shifts
- Must have full work rights in Australia
- RSA preferred (or willing to obtain)

Pay: $23.23 - $38.08 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Weekends only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Penrith NSW 2750: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)
- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
