I was at one of our network meetings recently with our angels and discovered that all of the cleaners there had been with us for somewhere from 2-7years. It was no wonder that when I left the meeting I felt that I was leaving friends and with covid still sniffing around I was not certain when I would see them next:

Mums Angels has been in business in SEQ for 18 years, is a company with a great reputation for taking care of clients and cleaners alike. We assist our cleaners to create a roster that is full of grateful clients that often bend over backwards to keep the caliber of cleaner that we employ. We are discerning about the clients that we take in so that you do feel appreciated and respected. We also help you to create an intelligent roster in complete support of your time efficiency and need to earn an income.

We have been able to give each of our cleaners as much work as they want to take with an eye on not over working a cleaner. We want you for the long haul.

Recruitment for remote reception, social media admin, PA’s and area managers occur as much as possible in-house.

Deborah the founder of Mums Angels began Mums Angels as a single mum with two children’ 9 and 11 years of age, with no family around to support her Mums Angels was a perfect way to financially support her family and be available for her children's needs

A domestic cleaning and housekeeping role with Mums Angels would allow you to create a weekly/ fortnightly roster of regular clients for whom you will generally be cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, kitchens and bedrooms etc. As an organisation we are very service focussed allowing you to support your clients wherever possible.

Your hours of cleaning would be able to occur part time or full time within hours that suit both yourself and your clients. Many of our cleaners work part time as mothers wanting to keep work to school hours or as semi retired people looking for a healthy work/life balance.

All clients will be within half an hours drive from your home.

**Requirements**:

- You do need to be prepared to get an ABN, you are in charge of your own tax and super as a subcontractor
- Your own reliable vehicle is vital as a permanent resident with a clear criminal record.
- Must be available to work during school holidays and can offer clients reliability
- Confident with pets, cats and dogs especially
- Available to commit to 15hrs minimum weekly roster

Vaccinations are not a requirement within our organisation. Domestic cleaners are essential workers and we have been able to continue to work in QLD over the last year. Some of our cleaners and clients have taken time off at the height of the pandemic.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Subcontract
Part-time hours: 15-38 per week

**Salary**: $29.75 - $36.02 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Rotating roster
