**Your new role**
The Program Leader Early Years Hubs acts as Educational Leader for the service and is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and support of Room Leaders, Educators and Casual Educators in the implementation of a high-quality, evidence-based, integrated, child-centred and family focused early childhood program.
The role is part of the Early Years Hubs Leadership Team and works in collaboration with the early childhood educators, staff, children and families at the service and the wider Early Years team while supporting the successful integration of co-located services including MCH, Playgroup and Allied Health Services.
The Program Leader Early Years Hubs will uphold Council’s commitment to ensuring child safety and the protection of children against abuse, through complying with, promoting and advocating for Child Safe practices, in line with the Victorian Child Safe Standards and Council’s Child Safe Policy and Procedures.

This is a part-time, fixed term position until 31 March 2026 working 3 days a week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at Knox City Council's Early Years Hub, Bayswater. Remuneration for this role will be under Band 5 of the Knox City Council Enterprise Agreement with a salary range of $78,036.84 to $90,793.94 pro-rata, depending on experience, plus superannuation in accordance with the Superannuation Guarantee.
