**Role Description**
We’re looking for **Expressions of Interest** to hire multiple positions, ranging from Project Administration, Project Engineering, Senior Project Engineering, Project Management, Equipment & Systems Technical Management, and Operations Workstream roles. These positions will oversee the delivery of rail infrastructure, roads and precinct land development projects.

Located in the North of Melbourne (and depending on your specific role), you’ll be responsible for:

- Overseeing the rail interface, signaling, services and associated civil works.
- Establishing services, including power, water, stormwater, sewerage, security and communications.
- Land preparation for warehouse development, road access and associated building projects.
- Managing the design, tender and procurement process.
- Engaging with contractors and consultants.
- Managing construction/delivery phases.
- Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
- Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.

To be successful in this role, you must have demonstrated experience as a working across Civil and Transport projects, ideally in a Consultancy or as a Contractor.

You’ll also need:

- Experience delivering complex building and civil projects in a greenfield environment.
- The desire to deliver multiple projects at various stages - these roles will be quite varied.
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- A willingness to work with team members to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients, in a highly governed environment.
- Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
