We are direct importers of Sofas, Dining, Furniture and Home Décor. With 2 stores across Melbourne, we are currently seeking a Part Time Retail Sales assistants to join our Truganina Showroom. As the face of Elegant Collections, we are looking for professional retail sales staff who are seeking a career in Sales and are driven by success. Bonus points if you have a flair for social media content creation, including reels, posts, and photography with attention to detail Although sales experience is preferred; however, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest **Do you come with the following?** - Proven retail experience within a bulky goods retail environment and are able to lift - Have a "can-do" attitude - Social media savvy - Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully work as part of a team - Are a great communicator, a good listener, and a persuasive sale closer - Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them to build repeat business - Can work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week. - Are immaculately presented - Ability to start immediately **You will be responsible for but not limited to**: - Maximising sales opportunities whilst always providing an excellent standard of customer service. - Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions (training provided). - Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care to ensure speedy responses to customer needs and wants. - Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships providing great aftercare service. - Social Media assistance with posts, reels and photography - Maintaining showroom appearance - Handing out / fulfilling customers’ orders - Opening and closing the store - Adhoc work as requested by management **Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract Pay: From $26.00 per hour **Benefits**: - Employee discount Ability to commute/relocate: - Truganina VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred) Application Question(s): - A brief introduction about yourself?
