Luxury furniture design and home decor. We are direct importers of Sofas, Dining, Furniture and Home Décor. With 2 stores across Melbourne, we are currently seeking a Part Time Retail Sales assistants to join our Truganina Showroom. As the face of Elegant Collections, we are looking for professional retail sales staff who are seeking a career in Sales and are driven by success.

Although sales experience is preferred; however, with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest

**Do you come with the following?**
- Proven retail experience within a bulky goods retail environment and are able to lift
- Have a "can-do" attitude
- Can show us that you are driven to succeed, competitive, ambitious, and self-motivated, whilst able to successfully work as part of a team
- Are a great communicator, a good listener, and a persuasive sale closer
- Have a genuine interest in people and can engage with them to build repeat business
- Can work on weekends and enjoy time off during the week.
- Are immaculately presented
- Ability to start immediately

**You will be responsible for but not limited to**:

- Maximising sales opportunities whilst always providing an excellent standard of customer service.
- Providing exceptional product knowledge and offering solutions (training provided).
- Engaging quickly and delivering efficient customer care to ensure speedy responses to customer needs and wants.
- Following up on customer inquiries, solving problems, and maintaining strong customer relationships providing great aftercare service.
- Maintaining showroom appearance
- Handing out / fulfilling customers’ orders
- Opening and closing the store
- Adhoc work as requested by management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

- Truganina VIC 3029: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
