**Role**

Working closely with the CTO for Global Markets you will be responsible for working on a large scale global transformation projects as part of the global markets group. This will be a large end-to-end transformation of the banks global Risk Systems and Data Platforms

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical strategy and ensure adherence to company security and cloud practices.
- Work within an agile framework with small teams in a flat structure.
- Lead a team and able to get the team to see the bigger picture and inspire team members to adopt and achieve that vision.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong working knowledge of Markets and Risk Technology with 3 + years of experience in a AD Level OR Tech Lead role
- Thorough experience with one or more asset classes such as FICC
- Led teams of over 100 people in size
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef
- Knowledge of network topology and associated technologies
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science (or related field)
- Experience with large AWS migrations within large international organisations
