**Don't need to know everything about bikes**
There is complete on the job training. We value team players with a great attitude, a thirst for learning who are driven to do well. All customers are our priority, so if you enjoy talking to people, are not a bike snob and believe in providing great 1 on 1 service then you'll fit in well.

**This role is fun, challenging and rewarding**
Join a close knit team environment with regular communication rhythms like Weekly Business Meetings and 1 on1 coaching/development. Track and celebrate team and individual achievements daily / weekly / monthly. Sales Consultants earnings range from $55,000 to $85,000 (full time equivalent) earning a base salary with uncapped commissions. Every year our top achievers are rewarded with an overseas global event. We are always searching for people with leadership potential to contribute towards the long-term growth of the business. There will be a number of opportunities for quick progression for the right people.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
