**What You Will Do**:

- ** Teach** - You’ll deliver clear, structured VCE Chemistry 1/2 and 3/4 lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.
- ** Coach** - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
- ** Mentor** - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
- ** Connect** - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated.

**What You Will Bring**:

- First-year university level knowledge or above in Chemistry
- Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
- A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability
