**About the role**

**Duties**
- Ownership and delivery of Group-wide financial reporting
- Active involvement in M&A and transactions through the provision of accounting advice
- Identifying and addressing accounting and reporting issues, implementing group policies and procedures, offering practical alternatives to address problems and offer innovative solutions
- Support on financial reporting and financial control related initiatives across the finance function
- Continual people leadership and team development
- Ongoing development of internal and external relationships

**Skills and Experience**
- CA / CPA Qualified
- Big 4 or mid-tier chartered firm background with recent and relevant commercial experience
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment
- Strong planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
