**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
We are on the hunt for a highly driven and savvy entry-mid level finance brokers and sales consultants looking for their next challenge in the Asset Finance industry. The role will see you predominantly doing consumer asset finance deals for all types of loans, with a key focus on cars & vehicles. This is the perfect position if you thrive in a small, but highly skilled team, have a proven record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, and you’re motivated to elevate and grow your earning potential.
- Identifying the customers’ objectives and needs to match them with the right lender and loan product from our panel of 55+ lenders
- See the customer through the entire journey, from initial call through to settlement, communicating and updating customer following company process
- Providing a great customer experience, focusing on long term relationships and referral business, delivering positive outcomes for all customers
- Following proven sales steps and customer workflow, utilise and update CRM accordingly
- Work towards and consistently achieve set sales Targets & KPI’s

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service is a must
- Strong experience and proven performance in sales & negotiation
- Minimum 1 year experience in finance or consumer lending, ideally asset finance & car loans
- Knowledge and experience within of the motor-trade, automotive sales, car dealership etc. is a major advantage
- Motivated & driven by personal/career growth, and committed to increasing earning potential
- Sales orientated & target focussed, solution mindset, fast learner, proactive & autonomous
- Multi-tasker and ability to facilitate multiple customers, sales pipeline, and time management skills
- Savvy, honest, down-to-earth, team player, all-round decent person with a positive attitude

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Automotive / Motor Industry: 1 year (preferred)
- Finance & Lending: 1 year (preferred)
- Phone Sales or New Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
