Associate - Institutional Banking Client Services

Institutional Banking Client Services (IBCS) is a dynamic, multi-faceted operations team that partners with Institutional Banking and Markets ( IB&M ) to deliver Transaction Banking solutions to Institutional Banking and Corporate clients.

Alongside this vital service delivery operations role, IBCS provides critic al risk management and controls, maintaining and enhancing clients and business partners assets and reputation.

**Your Role **.**
As an Associate in IBCS, you will be a first point of contact for our clients to manage their Transaction Banking queries and needs.

Our team provide support across a full suite of Transaction Banking products including; Corporate Cards, Corporate Accounts, Transactional Accounts, Payments, Merchant Services and CommBiz.

Our key focus is to serve our I nstitutional Banking (IB) Clients from the early implementation and on-boarding stage of their life cycle to the ongoing account maintenance and enhancement of their CBA experience. T hroughout this lifecycle the team build strong and meaningful relationships by getting to know the clients, their needs, industry, and long-term strategies.

Reporting to the Team Lead, this Associate role contributes to the team success through leveraging strong knowledge and understanding of transactional banking solutions as a key point of reference for complex client solutions and escalations.

**We're **interested in hearing from people who have**
You will have some experience working with Transactional Banking products or services or have transferable card, payment, merchant or transactional accounts maintenance skills from working i n environments like; Branch Banking, Everyday Banking, Business Banking, Merchants or Direct Banking environment and are looking to expand your career into the Institutional Banking Services team which provides operational support to our most valued clients.

Other skills we look for:

- Demonstrable experience working with Tr ansactional Banking clients or products ( such as cash management, corporate card services, merchant solutions, or client accounts).
- Rel evant experience in Operations or our team members in Branch.
- Business/Commerce or related degree is preferred
