**About the Role**

We are offering an exciting 12-month opportunity for a Trainer to join our OneScope Project and Learning & Engagement team.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation and embedding of the Core Stack Lumary system across the organisation. Your work will ensure the successful adoption of this critical technology, enhancing our ability to deliver services that make a difference.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver innovative learning solutions to support the Core Stack Lumary system rollout.
- Design and create a variety of training materials, including course outlines, facilitator guides, e-learning modules, videos, handouts, and quick reference guides.
- Facilitate engaging in-house training sessions/programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation and reports to track progress and impact.

**About You** You bring a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and people skills to the role. Your background includes:

- Proven experience in learning content development and delivery.
- Expertise in facilitating training programs for adult learners.
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, enabling you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of developing and implementing effective solutions.
