**Days/Hours**

Week 1
- Friday: 1600 - 2130, 2300 - 0700 inactive/sleepover
- Wednesday: 0700 - 1400
- Thursday: 0730 - 1500

Week 2
- Friday: 0700 -1400, 1600 - 2130, 2300 - 0700 inactive/sleepover
- Wednesday: 0700 - 1400
- Thursday: 2300 - 0700 inactive/sleepover

**About role**

An opportunity to make a real difference in the community.

Seeking caring and committed people to support a 53-year-old man with a traumatic brain injury (ventilated via a tracheostomy) to remain living independently at home by helping him achieve daily activities such as:

- Preparing meals
- Cleaning the house
- Showering, toileting, grooming and dressing
- Going on outings (in the community)
- Taking medications
- Participating in physical therapy
- Bowel care & PEG Feeding

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.
