**The Role**
This position is a key part of the Business Management Unit within ACSPO. The position is responsible for providing administrative and business support to the OC ACSPO, Director Business Management and the wider Executive Team. This position also undertakes administrative functions for the Deputy Director Business Management and provides administrative support for ACSPO staff.

As an integral member of the ACSPO Business Management Unit, this position will be involved in the following:

- Management of ACSPO Operations Group Inbox
- Task allocation and coordination
- Development and management support of ACSPO business and strategic plans
- Assisting with Executive travel booking, accommodation and acquittals
- Provide travel organisation and policy advice to wider SPO
- Workforce management support
- Simple Procurement support
- Minute taking, records management support
- Group Operating Budget management
- Other general business support as required and directed by the Deputy Director Business Management /Director Business Management Unit.

**About our Team**
The Business Management Unit provides administrative, Commercial, Finance, Security and IT support to ACSPO. ACSPO organisationally sits in the Aerospace Systems Combat Branch, under Aerospace Systems Division in CASG, within the Department of Defence. ACSPO is the aviation asset management in-service support agency for the Australian F-35A Lightning II Air System.

ACSPO engages with local, regional and international enterprise partners and suppliers of the F-35 Global Program; consisting of both foreign governments and industry, to provide sustainment support for the Capability Manager, the Royal Australian Air Force. ACSPO is based at RAAF Williamtown in NSW, and supports the Australian F-35A fleet.

The F35A aircraft are based at RAAF Williamtown and RAAF Tindal in the Northern Territory.
The primary focus for ACSPO is governing across the Australian F-35A Air Combat Capability. This includes the ongoing management, execution and continuous improvement of the various governance frameworks, processes and procedures in order to provide leading aviation asset management.

You will build and maintain relationships with a network of stakeholders internally and externally and have frequent engagement with these stakeholders.

You will show flexibility to respond to the shifting priorities of the SPO and executives. You will be able to work independently or under limited guidance and provide advice on your area of expertise.
