We are growing rapidly and we’re looking for someone who shares this vision and wants to grow with us **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** This is a 12-month contract with potential to become a permanent position. **WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE** - Responsible for delivering advanced specialized brand training and seminars, as needed, to drive retail sales and consumer engagement, and brand awareness - Primarily focused to help drive business and education in assigned territory through strong relationship building skills, on-floor selling, training of DECIEM partners’ store teams and implementation and execution of consumer events - Visit and manage a portfolio of 40-50 partner B&M stores per month - Deliver educational content created by the brand for all channels and target beauty advisors - Driving sales while in store and providing brand support - Maintaining well-kept merchandising displays and establishing an excellent education focused experience across all stores - Responsible for VM implementation including logistics and resources coordination between DECIEM and external stakeholders - Implement a field training plan that aligns field needs with business goals - Accurately report advancements and needs to Partnerships Department daily, weekly, and as needed **SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE** - Valid Driver’s License and Transportation - Strategic thinker, with extensive ability to operationalize, leveraging excellence in time management, demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, managing conflicting priorities and tight deadlines in an unstructured environment - Excellent interpersonal, communication skills both written and oral - Previous partnership or brand coordination experience is required - Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in training and retail sales for a beauty brand is an asset **WHAT YOU’LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAM** There’s a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
