**Essential Requirements**:

- **Male support worker** to meet participant-specific needs..
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly.
- Legitimate working rights in Australia.
- Valid National Police Check and Working with Children’s Check (WWC).
- Current driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and valid insurance.
- Completion of NDIS-related training (e.g., Infection Control, Orientation Module).

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $37.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cranbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Disability Support: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
