The Outlet Consultant is responsible for providing all Miele clientele with the highest standards of customer service. Using detailed product knowledge and a consultative service approach, you will be providing product solutions and offerings to guide customers on their Miele purchases.
This will be a full-time position working 37.5 hours per week located at our Miele Export Park Outlet Centre close to Brisbane Airport.
Our Outlets trade Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm so no late nights or weekend trade will be required
As this position will be managing clearance stock and working within a warehouse environment, a forklift license will be highly preferable. Please note, should you not have an existing forklift license, one will need to be obtained which Miele will organise upon successful placement in the role.
**About the Role**:
Responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with customers to provide product information, quotations and follow ups, through to closure of sales
- Ensuring outlet centre and equipment are clean and in line with Miele display standards
- Continually learning and improving on product knowledge in order to offer best solutions to customers
- Assist with telephone enquires and general administration duties
- Active participation in the customer engagement framework
- Achieve and exceed team based targets & KPIs
- Actively demonstrating and supporting the Miele Values in everyday work
**About You**:
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service with a consultative approach
- Ability to work and succeed in a fast paced and hands on environment
- Ability to resolve customer enquiries and potential conflicts in a professional manner
- Can thrive in high pressure situations
- Adaptable and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Possess strong stock management skills or exposure to working in a warehouse environrment
- Intermediate knowledge of systems including MS Excel and CRM software
- Desire to continually learn and improve on product & customer service knowledge
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Forklift license will be highly preferable
