Traineeships Coordinator

**About the Role**

Reporting into the accredited training manager you will support the coordination and administration of the Grill’d traineeship program.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Working closely with out RTO partners to ensure inductions and completions are actioned and coordinated as required
- Ensuring Grill’d is compliant with induction attendance, training progress as per our contract
- Keeping all Grill’d systems up to date to make sure we are meeting legislative requirements
- Managing the traineeships inbox and make sure queries are actioned in a timely manner
- Coordinating and actioning all claims and reimbursements

**What we are looking for**
- You will have experience in a similar role ideally coming from an RTO or traineeship
- Experience with learning and HR systems
- You will be able to easily build relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external
- A natural born organiser with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- You will be customer centric providing a great experience and keeping your stakeholders up to date
