About the role Alclad is a family run business operating for over 15 years, delivering market-leading compliant cladding and glazing systems, currently seeking a production worker in aluminium fabrication and assembly. **Responsibilities**: Working as part of a collaborative environment, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; - A strong commitment to following safe work practices - Experience working in a manufacturing environment - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work within a team and autonomously - A current Drivers License - Machine operation and or production line experience will be looked upon favourably - Forklift license is advantageous but not essential Skills and Experience - Understanding the importance of quality and efficiency - Proactive and enthusiastic - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - A strong and dedicated work ethic - Ability to work Autonomously and Multi-task - Self-motivated, use initiative and sound judgement - with a "can do" attitude.
