We’re on the lookout for a hands-on, energetic **All-Rounder** to join our growing team at **Wash Mate**. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — you’ll be doing a bit of everything: from customer service and sales, to processing laundry orders, to creating social media content when things are quiet.

**Your Role Includes**:

- **Sales & Customer Service**: Greet walk-in customers, answer enquiries, process drop off and pick up orders and promote our services with a smile
- **Daily Operations**: Tag, process, and manage laundry and dry cleaning orders (Full training provided)
- **Content & Social Media**: Create reels, take behind-the-scenes videos, post updates, and engage with our online community during quieter moments

**You’re Someone Who**:

- Is a people person who loves chatting with customers and offering great service
- Can roll up your sleeves and handle laundry tasks with care and attention
- Enjoys creating content for TikTok/Instagram and can come up with simple, fun ideas
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can multitask without stress
- Is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in doing a good job

**Hours & Location**:

- Surry Hills location
- Full time - 5 Days a week including 1 weekend.
