- Based out of Sydney, Australia
- Simple hiring process: 2-3 interviews + technical exercise
- Strategic thinking to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions, help define user needs to delivering concepts.
- Creation of user scenarios, service experience concepts and rapid prototypes as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Exploit current and emerging trends to identify and lead improvements to existing services as well as introduce innovative and industry first service experiences.
- Usability research including design of research programs, appropriate usability research approaches, distillation and articulation of findings.
- Work in a consultative, professional and collaborative manner with the client.
- Take responsibility for continuously improving your craft.
- Represent and contribute to Pragmateam's pragmatic product delivery focused and learning mindset.
