**The Company**:
Our client is the market leader for retail strategies, they create bespoke solutions for either short term tactical support or long term strategic programs. Our client is recognised as an innovative field marketing service provider that is the preferred supplier for many retailers.

**The Role**:
The Event Specialist role will be responsible for the end-to-end event management including scoping, planning, booking and execution of campaign objectives. The Event Specialist role will also be crucial in leading business Satellite Services events, exhibits and roundtable activity. The role works in concert with the Go-to-Market and the program management team to help identify, prioritise and execute opportunities. The role is also expected to own the relationship with key contacts that support delivery of this activity.

This role requires an individual who is confident communicating with all levels of stakeholder including, however not limited to, senior government, industry, community groups and customer personnel.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Analysis of briefs and data provided by stakeholders to develop a strategic engagement plan, identify risks and escalate to Go-to-Market as required.
- Demonstrate leadership and initiative.
- Managing internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives.
- Ensure messaging and content is relevant and aligned with Brand Guidelines.
- Deliver best in class events and activations with a Return On Investment (ROI) mindset
- Clear, Concise Communications and Post-Event Reporting
- Basic Financial Management including Cost Estimates and Budget reconciliation.
- Ensure safety requirements adherence for activity.
- Demonstrated experience in event management
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to hold a strong dialogue at senior level.
- Proven ability to manage complex issues, involving multiple external and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a large matrix organisation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with suppliers.
- Strong organisational skills and a high attention to detail
