Chandler Macleod are working with a Government Client who currently a vacancies for a Customer Service Representatives in Kingscliff.

**The important details**:

- Hourly rate - $32.69 plus super
- WHF/Office Based - This is an office-based role
- Start Date - ASAP
- Length of role - 6-month role

**About your new role**
- Working within the Student Services Department, you will be primarily responsible for responding to queries from previous, current, and prospective students.
- This is a fast-paced environment that requires an enthusiastic individual who can be adaptable and a fast learner.
- You will be working alongside the admissions team in the education sector to assist with with a high volume of work. This will involve:
o Using telephony

o Working in a high-volume operating environment

o Completing a mixture of other administrative tasks

**About you**
- You will be experienced in multitasking and enjoy providing accurate administration support to a team who, like you, have a strong customer focus.
- Experience in Sales is desirable but not essential.
- Contact Centre and/or Education background would be ideal.

**Additional Information**
- This is a child-related position. A Working with Children Check is a prerequisite for anyone in child
- related work. It involves a national criminal history check and review of findings of workplace misconduct.
