**About Our Client and Role**

This position is advertised as a casual position on a full-time roster. $32.28 p/h.

Our client, a Local Council in the North-East of Melbourne, requires two Waste Drivers, **Solo Operators, to join the team.**

**The Successful Applicant requires**:

- A HR truck licence
- Experience using side and rear loader waste trucks is essential (will mainly be using Solo side loader trucks)
- Have/be able to obtain a valid Police Check
- Be vaccinated in line with the governments COVID requirements
- Demonstrated history of safe and competent operation of vehicles
- Experience in the collection of household garbage/recycling/organics, commercial parks, waste, dump rubbish and hard waste
- Good oral and written communication skills.
