CARPENTER/HANDYWORKER START ASAP

Looking for a Handy person or carpenter to complete maintenance works on Housing properties

Previous experience preferred

Australian citizenship/working visa required

Weekend/on-call availability preferred for urgent maintenance jobs received after hours

Looking for someone who is comfortable in tenanted residential homes

Able to work alone with confidence

Full Australian drivers licence

Current police check with reasonably clear record. (some codes will not be accepted as a requirement to work with tenants)

Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Or ability to get the AA certificate)

White Card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Subcontract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Property maintenance: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- White Card (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
