Little Paws Playcare is a dog daycare for small breeds under 15kg. Services provided include on-site only daycare, pick-up/drop-off service, overnight boarding and a wash/dry service (no professional grooming required).

The Bondi Plant Company boasts a variety of indoor plants and plant-themed gifts. Services provided include re-pottings and plant delivery.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a superstar dog daycare attendant who will also be able to make retail sales in the shop front as needed.

We are open 7am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-5pm on weekends. We have morning, day and afternoon shifts available as well as overnight dog-sitting. You must have a love for all dogs as well as prior experience with **groups** of dogs. You will also need to be able to drive an automatic car/caddy van for dog pick ups (9-10am) and drop offs (4-5pm) or plant deliveries.

Basic knowledge of houseplants would be advantageous but training will be provided.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Accountability and care of up to ten small dogs on site
- Pick up/drop off dogs before and after daycare in the company car or caddy van
- Provide a safe, fun and enriching experience for every dog
- Learn to conduct behavioural trials for new dogs
- Sale of dog retail products and plants
- Use of online booking system and POS including payment processing
- Manage check-ins and check-outs for daycare and boarding
- Handle phone calls and messages for bookings, responding to inquiries promptly.
- Updating social media throughout the day with photos and videos of the daycare dogs

**Job Requirements**:

- Confidence and experience handling groups of dogs of all breeds and ages
- Outstanding customer service skills, ensuring to go above and beyond for all clients
- Strong time management ability and ability to work under pressure
- Current drivers licence
- Current ABN
- Permitted to work in Australia without restriction
- Flexibility with time availability and interest in overnight dog-sitting would be highly advantageous._

- You’ll need to be able to provide the contact details of two referees who can provide evidence of your reliability, ability and willingness to work

**Job Types**: Casual, Freelance

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 38 per week
