Your key responsibilities:
  • Precisely cutting and preparing meat for retail display.
  • Setting up and packing down the display to the highest standards.
  • Delivering friendly and professional service to every customer.
  • Contributing to a strong and collaborative team culture.
  • Managing stock control, product margins, and labour efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance with PrimeSafe, HACCP, WH&S, and QA standards.
