In this influential role you will be responsible for creating a trusted partnership between finance and the various business units of the LSA. Through the provision of accurate and timely financial leadership and advice, the you will deliver insights that will support the business units in their operational and strategic decision making, drive financial performance, support effective budgeting and forecast processes, and ensure financial control in their respective areas.

You will also responsible for the effective preparation and delivery of compliant monthly and annual financial reporting and analysis.

**The experience we are looking for...**

To be successful in our position you will have:

- The ability to liaise effectively, including consultation and negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders, to facilitate their cooperation and support to achieve desired outcomes and to establish and maintain strong and productive working relationships.
- Demonstrated experience in financial and budget management practices, processes and reporting, that aligns with accounting standards and governance frameworks ideally in a government context.
- Demonstrated capability to identify and analyse strategic and operational issues and to develop appropriate strategies for resolution, whilst ensuring the needs of multiple stakeholders and the organisation are met.
