Team Leader

Permanent Part-Time Position, Mon to Fri, 3.30 - 9:30pm - Based in Heidelberg West - Full Salary Packaging Benefits + Phone + Laptop + More **About the role** Due to company growth, we have an opening for an additional **Team Leader** to join Clean Force. You will be predominantly supervising a small group of cleaning staff who are living with mental health challenges and intellectual disabilities. This group are diverse, but fun and rewarding to work with. Responsibilities include: - Providing day-to-day supervision and support, including on-site job coaching and training. - Training and coaching new staff on cleaning procedures. - Prioritising, organising and allocating work areas and tasks to cleaning staff. - Ensuring all cleaning is completed in accordance with Customer Service Standards and Contract Specifications (including pre, interim and final quality inspections). - Management of resources and rostering, alongside the management team. - Managing quality, compliance and administrative activities as relevant to your allocated sites and teams. **About You** - Experience working in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry. - Experience working with people from vulnerable backgrounds (highly desirable) or a willingness to learn. - Good skills in training, and an excellent ability to relate to others from different backgrounds. - The ability to develop relationships and communicate with the wider team. - The desire to contribute to our purpose and grow with the company. - A current Victorian drivers licence (essential). **Why Join?** You will be working in a close-knit team who thrive on excellence across all areas, and are passionate about the Clean Force purpose.
