**Description**:
Cater Care Services are seeking an Qualified Aerodrome Reporting Officer to join in our Osborne Mine Operations team in Chinova. This is a Fly in Fly out position based on 8/6 roster.

**Duties may include the below**:
Ensuring the movement area is safe for aircraft operations by inspection of airside facilities, including lighting, and identify, report and mark any unserviceability affecting aircraft operations.
Have a sound knowledge of the physical characteristics of the aerodrome movement area, the Aerodrome Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS), aerodrome markings, lighting and ground signals and essential aerodrome safety equipment.
Have an understanding of the aerodrome information included in En-route Supplement Australia (ERSA).
Have the ability to carry out a serviceability inspection of the aerodrome.
Have knowledge of the aerodrome emergency procedures.
Have knowledge of the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) system and the ability to carry out aerodrome reporting procedures.
Maintain daily logs on all operational matters.
Identify dangerous practices or situations before an incident or accident occurs.Perform surveillance of operating practices to ensure they are conducted in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
Monitor the airport's Obstacle Limitation Surface (OLS) for infringements.
Implement Bird & Wildlife Management procedures.
Follow the safe handling of hazardous materials on the Aerodrome
Provide a transportation service to assist with Medical Evacuation Service.
Conduct air cargo and baggage handling operations.
Undertake all Safety Health and Environment tasks in accordance with SHE Manual and Osborne Aerodrome Manual.

Correctly use and look after any Personal Protective Equipment provided
Follow all reasonable instructions
Participate in appropriate induction and ongoing training as required
Report any identified hazards and take appropriate action to correct or eliminate.
