**About the role**

Reporting to the Training Manager, your key responsibilities would include:
Assessing Student Work
- Assessing written workbooks and practice items from the courses within required timeframes and according to benchmark standards.
- Provide a sufficient amount of feedback on each assessment item.
- Conducting joint assessments with other assessors who are in training.

**About You**
- Must hold a minimum of five years clinical dental experience
- Current experience in the dental profession
- Current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
- Well-developed communication & interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- High Computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills
- Someone who is keen to work as an independent contractor arrangement
