**Position: Kitchen Hand** **Location: Mill Park, VIC**

**About Us**:A Sri Lankan/South Indian restaurant dedicated to delivering authentic and flavourful dining experiences. We're currently seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our team and contribute to the heart of our kitchen operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in basic food preparation and cooking tasks.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organisation.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations.
- Learn and grow within a collaborative, fast-paced culinary environment.

**Requirements**:

- Genuine interest or knowledge in cooking, particularly in Sri Lankan/South Indian cuisine.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Hospitality students or those eager to pursue a culinary career are welcome.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced kitchen setting.
