The Supervisor position works directly with our Venue Manager in assisting and overseeing daily aspects of the venue operations, ensuring the venue is running effectively and meeting all company standards each day to include, execution of food and beverage service, guest interaction, atmosphere and cleanliness.

Experience & Skills:
Previous experience in a similar high-volume venue
Exemplary service skills and standards
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across different venues and teams
Passionate about people, hospitality and experiences
Strong organisation skills with the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, opening and closing shifts

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 3+year (required)

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
