**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct care and support to clients by their individual care plans.
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. (Personal Care).
- Support clients in household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry. (Domestic assistance).
- Accompany clients to appointments, outings, and social activities, promoting community engagement and integration. (Community Access).
- Monitor and record clients' progress, behaviours, and any changes in their health or well-being.
- Administer medication as prescribed and ensure compliance with medication schedules.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or challenging situations, following established protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided and any incidents or observations.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or a related field is preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or National Police Check (or ability to obtain).

**Salary**:

- $60,000 to $70,000

- This role requires an 8-hour shift per day, Monday to Sunday, split across three time blocks:
7:30 AM - 10:30 AM
2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
7:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Attendance at all three time blocks each day is essential.
Please confirm if you are available and able to commit to this schedule.

**Experience**:

- Manual handling: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Worker: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Bella Vista NSW 2153 (preferred)
