We are looking for 2 experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team. You must have availability for a minimum of four (4) days a week. In addition, we have support worker roles available in multiple regions across Sydney.

As a support worker in our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily living skills, assisting with social and recreational activities, implementing and monitoring practices that will promote a healthier lifestyle, and empowering participants to help them achieve their goals. The role will involve working with participants with both low and complex needs. Some may need assistance with medication prompts, and others may show complex behaviours. Experience and professionalism are highly recommended.

**Job Types**: Casual, Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Killarney Heights NSW 2087: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
