- Support annual strategic planning & goal setting
- Deliver strategy initiatives and participate in larger strategic projects
- Work with ambiguity & have the ability to work autonomously
- Support development of presentations & engagement of key stakeholders
- Support customer strategy, proposition development & profitability analysis
- Divisional strategy & response to key business challenges and opportunities
- Develop relationships with stakeholders across Personal Banking and across the enterprise

**What you’ll bring**
- 2+ years in a product management/strategy, business development is highly regarded
- Stakeholder management skills
- Foundational understanding of PowerPoint & Excel
- Sound banking knowledge as well as business and financial acumen
- Experience developing business insights/intelligence and conducting data analysis, including using SQL and Tableau is highly favourable
- Drive to proactively take ownership of personal and professional development
- A tertiary qualification in a related field is highly regarded
