**About the opportunity**

The duties include:

- Preparing job specifications and inviting quotations from service providers
- Liaising with service providers to ensure contracted work complies with position’s specifications and critical deadlines are met
- Ensuring documentation such as material safety data sheet are current and print room staff are familiar with the content.

**Qualifications and experience**

**Essential**:

- Tertiary (minimum diploma) qualification in related disciplines
- Solid work experience in similar role
- Solid supervisory experience
- Current class C driver’s licence.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of applicable legislation/regulations
- Computer literate
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Availability to work flexible working hours.

**Remuneration and benefits**

The salary and conditions of employment are in accordance with Blacktown City Council’s Enterprise Agreement.
- Entry level for this position starts at $1,730.04 per week
- 35-hour working week
- Opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement
