We are one of Australia's largest hire organisations who are now looking for multiple service staff to join our team located in Western Sydney.

**Your new role**

In this role you will provide an exceptional customer experience whereby you will be required to drive to multiple locations through the Sydney, Central Coast, Wollongong and Blue Mountains areas to conduct services on portable toilets located at various sites. You will interact with the client and be the face of the business whilst you undertake your work.

Your duties will involve working independently. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Managing a high volume of portable toilet services that require pump outs, tank refills and cleaning across various sites on a daily allocated schedule.
- Managing customer interactions
- Working in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to multi task
- Navigating various roads and surroundings
- Driving a small car licence truck
- Completing necessary paperwork and procedures required for each job.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful for this position you should:

- Hold a valid Car Licence
- Hold a White Card
- Have the ability to drive a small car licensed truck
- Have an ability to interact with others
- Have Resolution skills.
- Be Comfortable driving on Sydney roads and beyond
- Have an eye for detail and can follow instructions
- Have the ability to operate a mobile tablet
- Have good communication skills
- Take pride in the work you perform
- Be available to work Saturdays when required
