Insurance Admin Assistant

**Insurance Administration Assistant - 3Point Financial Services**
**Part-time (hours/days negotiable)**
**$25-$35/hr**

3Point is a small personal and business Insurance Broking business located in the south eastern suburbs of Victoria. We have been operating for over 10 years and have well established relationships with our clients as well as all the major insurance providers in Australia.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our growing team as an administrative assistant and claims manager. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with experience in the insurance/super industry looking to work close to home and/or wanting to build a career in insurance.

**The role will include**:

- Assisting the financial advisor in preparation of client documents
- Maintaining professional relationships with Superannuation funds, Insurers/ Underwriters for the provision of services to clients
- Assisting clients with the claims process
- Maintenance of financial planning database and client portfolios
- General admin duties as required

**Required skills and experience**:

- At least 1 year of work experience in Australia within the **insurance/super/banking industry (insurance/financial planning related). **Less than1 year may be considered depending on the type of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Word
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Reliable and self motivated

Your hourly rate will be commensurate with your experience, qualifications and skill.

**Salary**: $26,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
