Parts Interpreter

Although an understanding of the RV and recreation industry would be highly regarded, it is not compulsory. We want someone who is highly organized, great with tech and is confident in ensuring customer and dealer satisfaction through effective support, aligning after-sales services with company guidelines.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Handling parts warranty claims and ensuring timely responses to warranty support inquiries.
- Providing customer care support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborating with suppliers to manage stock holdings and lead times effectively.
- Managing parts orders, distribution, and backorders efficiently.
- Implementing process improvements and liaising with stakeholders.

This full-time position requires a team-oriented individual with at least five years of aftersales, service advisor, or parts industry experience and strong negotiation and communication skills. Technical knowledge of Campervans, Motorhomes, and Caravans is not essential but is a bonus, along with proficiency in parts management systems.
