Groundsperson

We currently have exciting opportunities for **self-motivated, reliable Groundspeople**to join our team in Wagga. These **full-time roles**play a vital part in delivering the day-to-day operations of our Land Management services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver grounds maintenance services to the required contractual standards
- Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently
- Use appropriate PPE for all tasks
- Undertake general groundskeeping duties including:

- Mowing
- Brush cutting
- Edging
- Pruning
- General gardening
- Green waste clearing and removal
- Weed, pest, and disease control

**Positions Available**:

- **Level 3 and Level 4 roles**
- _Level 4 _: Requires a relevant qualification or 3+ years of experience in grounds maintenance

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in grounds maintenance and operating relevant equipment (preferred)
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the role
- Ability to obtain Defence security clearance - _Australian citizenship is essential _
- Valid Open Class Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle
- The following licences and certifications are **highly regarded**:

- Medium Rigid Truck Licence
- Chainsaw Operator’s Licence or Certificate
- ChemCert Certification
- Asbestos Awareness Certificate

**Pre-Employment Requirements**:

- Undergo a pre-employment medical
- Provide a current National Police Clearance
