**The Company**
Highly regarded ASX listed, national market leading Wholesale/Retail business. The company are market leaders in their industry and are a household name. They have increased their store footprint nationally, having acquired a number of new businesses to expand their already extensive and diverse product/store portfolio.
**The role**
This role has great flexibility in that you will be working 3 days at home and 2 in the office, Reporting to the AR Team Leader, this busy and varied role will provide you with the opportunity to become part of a high performing AR/Banking and Administration team. Suited to someone who has a passion for analysis and detail, your main focus will be upon reconciling bank statements, account recs, identifying dishonored payments, and liaising with stores re banking queries to name a few. The role is administratively focused, and the team form part of a critical link between the credit and internal sales/store teams to maximize company revenue.
**Duties**
- Opening new accounts
- Account reconciliations
- Reconciling bank statements
- Processing cheques/credit card payments
- Follow up unidentified and dishonored payments
- Ensure systems/customer database is accurate and up to date
- Preparing payment programs for store issued credit cards
- Liaise with stores re banking queries
- Reconcile credit card program receipts
- Other ad hoc duties as required
