**About Us**:

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Coomera. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for our participants through dedicated and personalized care.

**Role Overview**:
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide 24/7 care with a ratio of 2:1 support. This role includes awake night shifts to ensure continuous care and support for our high-intensity participant, who has behaviors of concern involving physical harm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-quality support and care to the participant in accordance with their care plan.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
- Ensure the participant's safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement behavior management strategies to address behaviors of concern involving physical harm.
- Engage in meaningful activities that promote the participant's independence and quality of life.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent.
- Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- MAYBO training is desirable but will be provided if needed.
- Previous experience in high-intensity support is preferred.
