Level 1 Service Desk Engineer | Permanent Full Time
- Work along side experienced engineers
- A passionate and supportive team environment
**Duties will include**:
- First point of contact, providing timely, accurate and relevant support for hardware, software, network, printers and communication services and equipment
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Service desk and allocation of work when required
- Action requests relating user accounts
- Carry out laptop/desktop builds via SCCM or Intune and despatch hardware to users around the country as required.
- Assist with the administration and monitoring of IT systems
- Identify areas for improvement in business processes and system utilisation
- Maintain the IT asset register.
**Who we are looking for**:
- Qualifications in Computer Science is desirable
- Experience working in a similar capacity would be viewed favourably.
- Confidence using and supporting Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience working with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Sophos, SCCM and/or InTune is desirable,
- Experience providing support for CAD programs, SharePoint, Office 365 and/or SAP would beneficial
- Demonstrated ability to work in a technical support role, with good communication skills and a proactive nature.
- Drivers licence
