The Role
An opportunity has become available for several Principal Analyst (Divisional Analysis and Reporting Team) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
- Provide specialist advice to the Divisional Management teams and other stakeholders on operational and performance related matters
- Lead in the development and management of the Gold Coast Health's performance framework, reporting systems, associated guidelines and business rules
- Assist Divisional and Corporate leadership with the development of improvement plans focused on improving strategic key performance indicators
- Improve the quality of the organisations data capture through the monitoring outputs, education of staff, and implementation of key tasks and processes

About you

**To be successful in this position you will require**:

- The following types of skills and personal attributes to be suitable in this position: Critical analysis, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving skills, operate autonomously, Project management skills, Experience in data analysis, interpretation and reporting
- While not mandatory, it would be well regarded to have a tertiary qualification in a relevant field, Knowledge of Queensland Health's corporate and local information systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and understanding of and interest in learning industry standard reporting concepts and query languages
- Evidence of vaccination and remain vaccinated against - COVID 19
- Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary
- Permanent full time (four positions)
- Base salary ranging from $122 108 - $131 044 per annum
